Fees

Psychology sessions with a Clinical Psychologist are $220 for a 50 minute session. Clients may wish to access rebates from Medicare or Private Health insurance. Private Health refunds differ between providers so please contact your provider for a quote.

Medicare

With a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare will provide a rebate on the fee charged for therapeutic services. The full fee must first be paid before the rebate can be processed. Rebates are typically processed within a few minutes but can take up to 24 hours. Currently, Medicare will provide a rebate of $137.05 once you pay the fee for a clinical psychologist session.

Clinical Psychologist fee $220 - medicare rebate of 137.05 = $82.95 gap payment.

Medicare will provide 10 psychologist session rebates per calendar year under a Mental health care plan. See your GP to obtain a plan to allow access to the rebate. Please contact us for further information.

NDIS

DVA/ADF

TAC

Services provided under the NDIS do not require a gap payment and standard NDIS rates apply. This means that the scheduled fee outlined by the NDIS is the same as that charged by our practitioners.

Services provided through the DVA or ADF do not require a gap payment from clients. This means that the fee paid by DVA covers all costs for clients.

Services provided through the TAC do not require a gap payment from clients. This means that the fee paid by the TAC covers all costs for clients.
