AssessmeNTS

Our psychologists are able to provide assessment for a wide variety of psychological disorders. However we are also able to offer some specialised assessments as listed below.

  • IQ assessments - to identify intellectual disability, giftedness, or to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses to inform educational or treatment plans.

  • Educational Assessments - to identify dyslexia, dysgraphia or dyscalculia and to identify skills in reading, writing and mathematics.

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD/ADD) - to identify difficulties with attention and excessive activity in both children and adults.

  • Vocational/Ability Testing - to identify strengths and weaknesses in areas specific to employment.

THERAPY ASSISTANTS

Make the most of your NDIS funding. Your leading practitioner (such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Education or Behaviour Support) informs your assistant to implement the treatment or intervention. This can enable you to have more frequent therapy within the same funding package. You may choose this option to develop skills in areas of strengths or weakness’ identified during assessment.
